The house unfolds as you enter. A large completely open plan living room with minimal sofa's, stools, cushions, over sized mirrors and antique perfume bottles from France. Every corner has views of the ocean including a state of the art Italian Kitchen that has just about every piece of equipment you could wish for including a large selection of cookbooks by popular chefs. When choosing where to dine, you can choose between dining on the covered patio, or under the waterfront elegant hand carved gazebo with crystal chandelier, cut glass and exquisite crockery and cutlery.There is also a fabulous beach facing bar that makes entertaining a joy. The 83 foot rectangular infinity pool stretches across the bluff contrasting in colour with that of the sea in the distance. At one end, steps lead to the solid door to the beach below. There are 3 other pools but these are for the exotic fish and lilies including one that contains small (not man eating) sharks.
BedroomsThere are 5 bedrooms in total. Three beachfront bedrooms which are huge, fairly minimal in design but with spacious King size beds, white linen sheets and matching curtains. All of which have exquisite bathrooms, Italian made walk in closets and completely air-conditioned. The master has, in addition, a glorious outside bamboo shower and if you lean against the wooden far wall of the bathroom it revolves revealing a well equipped fitness room.
For those wanting a slightly more normal entrance, there is another entrance for the fitness room for the other house guests. Each room also comes with a large flat screen television featuring DVD, CD and video facilities. There is an additional 2 bedroom apartment consiting of 2 beds, spacious lounge, kitchen and bathroom which can be used for staff or the teenagers! Could be perfect for an accompanying nanny or gentleman's gentleman.
Alang Alang also boasts a glorious media room which has a large screen for that cinema effect with surround sound, completely air conditioned and filled with books should you just wish to hide away.
