Villa St Lucy has 7 bedrooms and a huge oval pool tfrom which you can enjoy fabulous views to the west coast of Barbados and the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in which it is located. This Barbados Villa is one of the largest in Royal Westmoreland sitting on 1.2 acres and was specially built using local and traditional materials and is one of our most popular Villas. The villa itself looks directly across the 18th fairway and is approximately 40 yards from the 18th green.

Located on Flamboyant Drive,( Flamboyant is the name of a colourful local tree ) the drive leads you to an impressive double height Porte Cochere where guests enter through double fronted doors to the circular entrance hall. This hall is over 30 ft high and at roof level opens into a cupola glass dome. From the hall, there is a large living room to the left, the media/family room to the right and straight ahead a colonnaded external terrace. This crescent shaped terrace sweeps around the west elevation of the house mirroring the 55 ft long oval shaped swimming pool. Covered seating and sun deck areas run adjacent to the pool.

Arranged over three floors, Villa St Lucy, Barbados is a spacious and airy mansion house with seven bedrooms all of which are en suite. It has been elegantly furnished throughout with Caribbean style furnishings and Saturnia stone floors. The master bedroom sincludes a separate writing room, a walk-in wardrobe and polished wooden mahogany floors. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are located on the first floor while bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 are located at garden level. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans, en suite bathrooms and bedrooms 2 and 3 have additional balconies with lovely views to the sea. The tastefully furnished main reception room has coffered ceilings and an open writing area, while the family room has a huge media centre.

The dining room at Villa St Lucy in Barbados is beautifully designed with one side open onto the infinity swimming pool. The exposed pickled pine ceiling is 18ft in height and there is a large 15ft solid coral stone dining table seating up to 14 guests. Carefully appointed central lighting and wall lights create a very pleasant atmosphere offset by large wooden candelabras.

The Royal Westmoreland has its own Beach Club where there are chairs , a day Spa and Beach bar and restaurant  available to guests of Villa St Lucy, Barbados. This Royal Westmoreland Villa is a short drive to other Barbados beaches, Holetown and all of the best restaurants on the Island. A car is reccommended but not essential for exploring during your holiday in Barbados.

	We had a truly fantastic time and it was great to go back to Villa St Lucy. They have made some changes since we were there last and they work very well. They have replaced most of the outside wooden balustrade with a wire surround and opened up the garden  - as a result, the view is better than ever which is quite an achievement for one of the best views in RWM. With two new huge flat screen TVs and rearranging the media room, it now works better than ever. The new staff were lovely and looked after us flawlessly.

	This was the best one yet. The VIP airport arrival is now a must have and the limo transfer was a hoot. Villa St Lucy was lovely and the views spectacular. Sharon and Hyacinth were great and managed to make us feel that it was our home for our time with them. The addition of the beach club for Royal Westmoreland makes a huge difference and we may now omit the hotel build-up as a result.
